Request of proof attesting the country of origin of steel products undergoing processing in a third country (MTC)
In osservanza di quanto stabilito dall’art. 3 octies del Regolamento (UE) n. 833/2014 come
modificato dall’art. 1, par. 12) del Regolamento (UE) 2023/1214 del Consiglio del 23 giugno, a decorrere dal
30 settembre 2023, è fatto divieto importare o acquistare, direttamente o indirettamente, i prodotti siderurgici
elencati nell’allegato XVII (art. 3 octies, par. 1, lett. d) del Reg. (UE) n. 833/2014) che sono sottoposti a
trasformazione in un paese terzo e incorporano prodotti siderurgici originari della Russia.

In compliance with the provisions of Article 3 octies of Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 as amended by Article 1(12) of Council Regulation (EU) 2023/1214 of June 23, as of September 30 2023, it is not allowed to import or purchase, directly or indirectly, the steel products listed in Annex XVII (Art. 3 octies(1)(d) of Reg. (EU) No. 833/2014) that undergo processing in a third country and incorporate steel products originating in Russia.
