Gestione Ispezioni / Inspection Management

Caro Fornitore,

ti comunichiamo che è attiva la nuova sezione “Gestione Ispezioni” attraverso cui è possibile effettuare le seguenti convocazioni all’ispezione verso Hitachi Rail STS S.p.A. :

• Ispezione di Serie
• Ispezione per RFAA
• Ispezione Chiusura Non Conformità

Mentre le convocazioni per Ispezioni di FAI  possono essere effettuare tramite la relativa  FAI checklist attraverso la scheda “Tabelle Accessorie → Tabella Riepilogo Convocazioni Fornitore"

Ti riportiamo i vincoli necessari per poter avviare una convocazione:

• Deve essere presente un PFC – Tipico APPROVATO registrato nella sezione ‘Piani di Controllo’, collegato al Part Number per cui si richiede presenziamento all’ispezione;
• Le Fasi in cui Hitachi ha richiesto presenziamento devono essere correttamente registrate all’interno del PFC – Tipico e nella tabella ‘Elenco Fasi di Convocazione’ .

Per quanto sopra qualora emergesse qualche discrepanza, procedere a richiedere l’aggiornamento tramite il servizio HelpDesk o contattare il Supplier Quality Engineer di riferimento dando chiara evidenza della problematica (riferimento PFC e modifiche da inserire).

Nel caso in cui il PFC Tipico è stato approvato prima del go live della sezione ‘Piani di Controllo’ (ottobre 2024) e quindi approvato con il precedente processo di approvazione, puoi effettuare la richiesta di convocazione all’ispezione allegando il documento e inserendo manualmente le Fasi, con le informazioni richieste, per cui si richiede la convocazione.

Questa modalità è attuabile per 5 volte per quel specifico Part Number. Successivamente, se non si procede all’inserimento del PFC Tipico nella sezione ‘Piani di Controllo’, il sistema non permetterà più di effettuare Convocazioni all’ispezione.

Inoltre, ti ricordiamo le tempistiche di preavviso per effettuare richiesta convocazione, impostate a livello di sistema:

• 5 giorni lavorativi per ispezioni di serie H e W
• 10 giorni lavorativi per ispezioni di serie H e W in cui il cliente finale di Hitachi Rail STS S.p.A. è coinvolto
• 15 giorni lavorativi per ispezioni di FAI – H1

Dear Supplier,

We inform you that the new “Inspection Management” section is now active, through which it is possible to submit the following types of inspection requests to Hitachi Rail STS S.p.A.:

• Series Inspection
• RFAA Inspection
• Non-Conformity Closure Inspection

FAI  inspection requests, on the other hand, can be submitted through the relevant FAI checklist available in the “Auxiliary Tables → Supplier Inspection Request Summary Table” section.

Below are the requirements necessary to initiate an inspection request:
• An APPROVED Typical MIP must be registered in the ‘Control Plans’ section and linked to the Part Number for which inspection attendance is requested;
• The phases for which Hitachi has requested attendance must be correctly recorded within the Typical MIP and in the ‘Hitachi Convocation Phases List’ table.

In light of the above, should any discrepancies arise, please request an update via the Help Desk service or contact the relevant Supplier Quality Engineer, clearly indicating the issue (PFC reference and required modifications).

If the Typical MIP was approved prior to the go-live of the ‘Control Plans’ section (October 2024), and therefore approved through the previous approval process, you may submit an inspection request by attaching the document and manually entering the phases, along with the required information, for which the inspection is requested.

This method can be used up to 5 times for that specific Part Number. After that, if the Typical MIP is not entered into the ‘Control Plans’ section, the system will no longer allow inspection requests to be submitted.

Furthermore, please note the advance notice times for submitting inspection requests, as defined at system level:

• 5 working days for H and W series inspections
• 10 working days for H and W series inspections where the final customer of Hitachi Rail STS S.p.A. is involved
• 15 working days for FAI inspections – H1
